Pieces & materials
Natural character, considered materials and the details that make every piece distinct.
01 Are the pieces exactly as photographed?
Timber grain, reclaimed marks and hand finishing make every piece slightly different. The overall design, proportions and material specification remain consistent, while the surface character belongs uniquely to your piece.
02 Why do timber colour and grain vary?
Wood is a living material. Species, age, cut and previous use all influence its tone and movement. These variations are part of the material’s provenance and are celebrated rather than disguised.
03 Which materials do you work with?
Our collection centres on solid and reclaimed timber, complemented by natural stone, hand-forged metal, leather and selected upholstery. Each material is chosen for longevity, repairability and how gracefully it will age.
04 How should I care for my piece?
Dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills promptly and protect surfaces from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and excess moisture. Material-specific guidance is available in our Care Guide and with your order.
Bespoke & ordering
Clear guidance from first enquiry through approval, payment and production.
05 Can you customise a piece?
Yes. Many designs can be adapted in dimensions, timber or finish, and fully bespoke commissions are also welcome. Custom work is quoted separately and begins after the final specification receives written approval.
06 How does the bespoke process work?
We begin with your space, intended use and visual references. From there we develop proportions, materials, finish samples and an indicative schedule before confirming the commission for production.
07 How long will my order take?
The current lead time is listed on each product page. Made-to-order and bespoke timelines vary by complexity and material availability; we confirm the working schedule after your order and update you before dispatch.
08 How do I pay, and will I receive an invoice?
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. After confirmation, an invoice is sent to the email used for the order and remains available from the confirmation page or your customer account.
Delivery & support
What to expect when your piece leaves the workshop and arrives at home.
09 Where do you deliver?
Specialist delivery is available across serviceable locations in India. We confirm access, location and a suitable delivery window before dispatch. For other destinations, contact the workshop for an individual assessment.
10 How should I prepare for delivery?
Please check doorways, staircases, lifts and the final placement area before confirming large pieces. Share any access restrictions with us early so the delivery team can plan the correct handling.
11 What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect the packaging and piece at handover. Photograph any visible damage before installation and contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
12 Can I return or exchange a piece?
Eligible standard pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Because custom and made-to-order work is produced specifically for you, it is final sale unless it arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
