The making of object 14

Made for the life
around it.

Cut from a carefully seasoned cross-section, every Rings of Time clock carries a different bark edge, radial checking and tone. Minimal brass markers and silent hands allow the timber to remain the face.

We keep the marks that give the material its identity, then refine every touchpoint so the piece feels resolved in daily use.

Product information

Everything worth knowing.

Materials, care and delivery guidance for a piece intended to stay with you.

A useful heirloom

Quiet character, made visible.

Cut from a carefully seasoned cross-section, every Rings of Time clock carries a different bark edge, radial checking and tone. Minimal brass markers and silent hands allow the timber to remain the face.

Subtle shifts in grain, colour and texture are part of the material—not imperfections—and ensure no two pieces are exactly alike.
