Products
Handmade timber varies naturally in grain, colour, reclaimed marks and minor dimensions. These characteristics are not defects.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once confirmed by us. Online orders may require successful payment verification; Cash on Delivery orders may require a confirmation call.
Custom work
Custom orders begin after written scope approval and any agreed advance payment. Changes after production begins may affect cost and schedule.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details, reasonable access and inspection at handover. Additional handling caused by restricted access may be chargeable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
