Delivery
Specialist delivery is complimentary across serviceable locations in India. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm access and a suitable delivery window.
Lead times
Most pieces are made or finished to order. The estimated dispatch time shown on each product page begins once payment or order confirmation is received.
Returns
Because our pieces are handmade and often made to order, returns are accepted only for eligible standard pieces reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective.
Damage in transit
Inspect the package at delivery and photograph any visible damage before installation. Contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange assessment and resolution.
